The task was to adapt the visual identity of various e-commerce brands into their checkout flows — ensuring that the colors, typography, and overall visual style of the checkout perfectly matched the rest of the brand’s digital presence. I worked as part of a small team.

The checkout experience is a crucial trust point. If its design feels disconnected from the brand, it can create friction and reduce conversions. By ensuring complete visual consistency, customers feel reassured that they’re still interacting with the same trusted brand, increasing both confidence and the likelihood of purchase.

HOW ?

I analyzed each brand’s style guidelines — including their color palette, typography, and signature visual elements — and applied them to the checkout template. This meant adjusting button styles, accent colors, backgrounds, and typographic hierarchy to align with the established brand look. To streamline future work, a modular design system is being created for multiple brands, making it easier to deploy consistent, on-brand checkout experiences at scale.

IMPACT: Through precise visual alignment, I delivered checkout designs that felt professional, trustworthy, and seamless within the customer journey. This approach not only enhanced the perceived quality of each brand’s e-commerce experience but also improved efficiency for future projects thanks to the reusable design system.
